The X-ALP LTR takes the technical approach shoe, the thing climbers wear to walk into a route, and builds it in suede. A pale sage-grey suede and canvas upper sits inside a black rubber rand that wraps the whole toe, with a stitched black lateral power band carrying the SALOMON wordmark in white and X-ALP printed across the heel. Teal-green webbing shows through the lacing and trims the collar; the laces themselves are round and speckled black and white, run through metal eyelets. Underneath is Salomon's 3D Edging Chassis and a black Contagrip outsole, with EDGING CHASSIS moulded into the medial midsole and contagrip printed in red at the heel.
The label reads X-ALP LTR, 475961 31 V0, Black/Green Milieu/Bay, UK 9, EUR 43 1/3, USA W 10.5, USA M 9.5, CN 275, JP 27.5, MADE IN VIETNAM, 04/24, with a retailer sticker reading Salomon X-ALP LTR Black Green / 9.5. Listed as a US 9.5.
Condition: no flaws found. The suede nap is even with no rubs at the toe or the heel, the rubber rand is unscuffed, and the outsole lugs are sharp with no rounding at the heel edge. Comes with the box.
