Please do not post anything to us without emailing first. The address above is where we receive mail, not a returns desk — every piece is a single unit and sold as is, so we do not take returns for fit or change of mind. If a piece arrived damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent, email us within 3 days of delivery and we will tell you what to do next. If you believe a piece is not authentic, you have 30 days from delivery, and our refund policy says how that works. A parcel that arrives unannounced cannot be matched to an order.
