Cotton field jacket, flap pockets

A khaki cotton field jacket cut straight to the hip, with two flap pockets buttoned at the chest, a plain button front, a point collar and buttoned cuffs. Unlined, light enough to wear as an overshirt.

The label is a union tag: ACTWU, union made in USA, with a maker's mark reading ADM and a lot number. The Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union label was in use from 1976 to 1995, which is what dates the jacket. No size is marked beyond that; it wears as a US S, which is how we list it.

Condition: no flaws found. The cotton is even in colour with no fading at the shoulders and every button is present.
