Akila's Iris, style A 2424, in a black acetate frame with a soft hexagonal eye, squared across the brow and tapering to a rounded base, with the two rims joined by a slim black metal bridge that carries a pair of adjustable nose pads. The black frame with yellow lenses is not among the colourways Akila sells today, so this is a past-season pair. The lenses are a pale yellow, the light-passing kind that reads as a tint rather than a shade, so the frame works indoors as readily as out. Four eight-pointed star rivets sit at each hinge, two set into the acetate end piece and two into the temple. The Akila signature is etched into the lens.
The lens carries the etched Akila script, and a shop sticker still on one temple reads FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES DO NOT REMOVE STICKER. Listed as one size.
Condition: no signs of wear. The retailer's sticker is still attached to one temple.
